2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription refunds: You are entitled to a refund ONLY if none of the credits have been utilized during your subscription period. If credits have been used, no refund will be made. Before using it, please ensure that you understand the terms of your subscription provided below.

3. Unused Subscriptions

If you use the service but cancel it before your billing cycle is complete, your account will stay active until the end of that current bill. That said, please note: machinestranslation.com does not provide refunds for an unused part of the subscription (e.g., unused credits in the current cycle).

4. Refund Processing Time

As soon as we get your refund request, we will perform the necessary actions to return your funds back to you within 14 business days. Refunds will be automatically processed onto the payment method you used to make your purchase originally. Keep in mind that it may take some extra time for the money to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. No Refund Exceptions

Partial subscription period refunds are not offered. We also do not refund any add-ons, premium services or extras you have purchased with your subscription. These items once bought are sold as is and refunds will not be given under any circumstance.
